How much does shipping cost?
We offer a tiered shipping structure to give you the best value:

For smaller orders under Β£15, a flat-rate tracked delivery fee of only Β£2.99 will be applied at checkout.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We work quickly to get your items to you. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, your package will be delivered via our trusted UK carrier networks within 3 to 5 working days.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, absolutely! Every single order is shipped via a fully tracked service. As soon as your items leave our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, our processing window is very fast. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@al-tajtraderslimited.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly adjust it for you.
What should I do if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier network, we are unfortunately unable to alter the delivery path.
Why hasn't my order confirmation email arrived?
Please check your Email Spam or Junk folder, as automated confirmation emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you still cannot find it, please reach out via our contact form, and we will gladly confirm your order status and resend your invoice.

What is your standard return policy?
We want you to love your items! We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email our support team at info@al-tajtraderslimited.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return shipping details.
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We quality-check our items closely, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
